Shahjalal warns of reports of bombings on planes coming from Malaysia


 Members of the law enforcement forces have taken a cautious stand at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal Airport following reports of a bomb on a Malaysian Airlines plane. A search of the plane has already begun, a top Dhaka police official said.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Moha. Shafiqul Islam told Prothom Alo around 10:30 pm on Wednesday that news had spread that a passenger on a Malaysian plane had a bomb. A search was launched after the plane landed at Shahjalal Airport.

According to another concerned Prothom Alo, the MH-197 flight came to Dhaka from Kuala Lumpur. The plane landed at Shahjalal Airport around 10 pm. Earlier, it was reported that a passenger of the plane had a bomb. Law enforcers then made a careful landing at the airport.
